What is listed in the price?!

The price includes VAT, residence tax, heating, cooling, bed linen and towels for the bathroom and the swimming pool, Wi-Fi, th efee for maintenance oft he pool and the environment, water, electricity, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher,grill and equipment for barbecue, two parking spaces and villa cleaning fee.

Terms

To confirm a reservation a person is required to pay by bank transfer a deposit amounting to 30% of the total invoice amount. Reservation becomes valid only after receipt of advance payment. Billing information will be sent after we have accepted your booking.the remainder oft he amount is to be paid into the account 14 days before arrival. Payments are made in euros.

Bank transaction costs are divided (each costs the cost of own bank)-
The price of accommodation on the site is informative, the exact price is available after the dates of your choice.

Cancellation

If a guest cancels booking 40 days before arrival, we will return 50% of the advance. In case of a cancelation in shorter period of time than above,  the deposit will not be returned. in case of any changes or deviations from reserved terms, the regular price will be charged. Cancellation conditions apply to special circumstances and only with call or e-mail.

The owner of villas Milgrad Ltd. wishes You a warm welcome. You are staying on a private property and we hope you will take care of it as if it is your own.

We expect You to respect these house rules:

1. Leave the facility in a condition you would like to find it in upon arrival.

2. Carefully treat amenities of interior and exterior.

3. Leave everything neat and clean for the next guests.

4. Furniture can be used only according to its purpose, and if it comes to its deployment, on the day of departure everything must be returned to the original position.

5. The technical facilities may not be altered, but before using carefully read instructions of use.

6. Respect the ban of smoking and bringing pets.

7. From 22:00h to 7:00h night peace is required and we ask You to be considerate of your neighbors. Avoid loud music and other noise.

8. Do not leave garbage on the property, but put it in waste containers.

9. Notify the owner if there is any damage to the inventory. The customer is responsible for any damage that occurs in the house during his stay. In case of a personal injury, turn to your insurance company. In this case, the owner cannot be held responsible, but will be happy to provide you with advice. 

10. Documents- upon arrival guests are required to possess valid travel documents in order to apply. The documents will be retured the same day after the application.

11. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property Villa Nika/Nina the estimated time of arrival. You can specify your remarks in the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly via the contact details provided in the booking confirmation.
